From a shamanic perspective, water holds our deepest capacity for transformation, flowing through every system of our body, including the lymphatics, blood, cerebrospinal fluid, gastric juices, the fluids surrounding the joints, the kidneys, the bladder, and the precious fluid within each cell. Including the gut-brain axis, where serotonin is produced.

Here’s what I’ve witnessed in my practice: transformation without awareness is like water without a container. It becomes a puddle on the floor. Or worse, it creates other water leaks, pipe bursts in your home, washing machine failures, blocked garden hoses, and financial leaks in your business.
