Prepare:
Find a quiet space. Light a candle (white or dark green for Capricorn earth energy). Have your journal nearby.

Place both feet flat on the floor. Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly. Take three slow breaths, feeling your spine lengthen, and your roots extend down into the Earth. Connect to the healing channel.
Release the Old:
Write a list of what you’re releasing: old obligations, outdated identities, limiting structures. Read each one aloud, then say:

Safely burn the paper, or tear it into small pieces and bury it in the earth.
Plant the New:
Write down 3-5 long-term seeds you’re planting for the next 9 years. Not goals to achieve next month, visions and qualities that will unfold over time. Ask yourself:

- What wisdom have I mastered that’s ready to grow?
- What creative spark wants to emerge and be grounded?
Speak each seed aloud as you write it, anchoring the frequency into your nervous system.
