He dismissed me and my work, sitting back in his comfy, black leather chair with his hands over his big belly after all the long corporate lunches he had indulged in.
I knew I was meant for more and was frustrated by his inability to see my potential, and the growth I would experience, the lives I would change, and the difference I would make.
I knew this was a pivotal moment.
I decided I wanted it more than ever.
It was time that I claimed IT!
My accountant didn’t understand my commitment and passion for healing.
I needed a breakthrough to understand where I had capped my aligned client flow. I didn’t need to prove to him I could do it, but I did need to find another accountant.
My priority has always been my relationship with my family and children first, and then helping others.
I had to heal the anxiety that if I grew my client base, I wouldn’t have the balance I needed.
By connecting to what my soul intended for my life, I could see where I was holding back my potential.
A set point had been created, a limit where I could not grow beyond my current level because doing so would let my family down—I had to be there 100%.
The deep subconscious fear of abandoning those I loved the most was in the way. My body was twisted in it, indicating the separation of what my soul wanted compared to the inherited pressure passed down through my family of what a mother ‘should’ do.
My identity and capacity to hold space solely for my family blocked my growth.
I was ready to step over the threshold and claim the actual version of myself.
Then, my eldest son had a severe asthma attack. His lips were blue; he couldn’t breathe and ended up in the hospital. He depended on me to help him overcome this crisis.
I wanted to go for my vision, and then this drama showed up.
This is normal; this has happened to me many times and to all my clients.
This is the echo effect, that blocks your future potential.
